Ruthless (Pretty Little Liars #10) by Sara Shepard

Ruthless (Pretty Little Liars, #10)
Blurb (from Goodreads):
For years scandal has rocked Rosewood, Pennsylvania--and high school seniors Aria, Emily, Hanna, and Spencer have always been at the center of the drama. They've lost friends, been targeted by a ruthless stalker named A, and narrowly escaped death. And it's not over yet.

Aria's love life is on the fritz. Emily's exploring her wild side. Hanna's kissing the enemy. And someone from Spencer's past--someone she never thought she'd see again--is back to haunt her.

But none of that compares to what happened last spring break. It's their darkest secret yet and guess who found out? Now A is determined to make them pay for their crime, and the only thing scarier than A is the fear that maybe, just maybe, they deserve what's coming to them.

My rating: 3.5 of 5 stars

Ruthless (Pretty Little Liars, #10)(Source: I own a copy of this book.)
Ali, Courtney, and Tabitha are all dead. Spencer did some naughty things over the summer, and Hanna has more confessions to make to her father.
Is A. really gone? Or has she just been waiting for the right time to strike, again?

This was a good story, but A. and her multiple reincarnations have more lives than a cat.

The story continued in this book with Spencer doing some very un-Spencer like things, and yet another mystery A. While this storyline was okay in the first books, it seems to be getting a little ridiculous now. How many more books can this Ali/A. conspiracy carry on for when she’s once again supposed to be dead?!
We did have some new characters in this book, and a bit of a Romeo and Juliet storyline going on with Hanna. The texts from A. weren’t really as good as they were in previous books, and once again A. is becoming more and more like gossip girl. I really do think that this storyline has run its course now though. How many times can one girl be resurrected from the dead? What’s next? Is she going to come back as an alien in the next book?
Overall; an interesting story, but I think A. has outlived her usefulness.
7 out of 10.
